Tule Creek Outfitter's Lodge,
Tule Creek Lodge can provide you with rustic farmhouse lodging during your
stay. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for the stay
in our comfortable accommodations. You will also enjoy a family-style
meal in the evening with this package - a great way to wind down after
a long day of bird hunting.
The closest hotel is The Select Inn in Tulia. It
used to be a Best Western and is about 10 years old and the nicest
in Tulia. Other hotel options are located in Plainview, Canyon, Amarillo,
and Lubbock. They are 20, 30, 45, and 60 minutes respectively.
Tule Creek Weather
Hunters usually have breakfast
at around 6:00 - 6:30 am - if desired. Breakast is on your own, but
we can give your directions to different places to eat. We depart
for our hunting location around 7am and will usually hunt until noon,
of course that is dependant on reaching bag limits. Many hunters enjoy
lunch at El Camino in Tulia. Hunting usually resumes around 1:30 and
we will continue to hunt until limits are reached, the hunters are
ready to quit or legal shooting time expires.
All hunts include: Guide, dogs (you are welcome to bring
your own), beverages and bird care.

Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit to secure a date. Deposits are
refundable if hunt is cancelled 90 days prior to hunt date.
How many acres do you have to hunt?
Tule Creek has exclusive access to over 10,000 acres of private
hunting property. We have ample huting locations and opportunities
for all your bird hunting adventures.
What does the bird crop look like?
I get this question alot, and I guess it kind of changes
from year to year. This year has started of really good. As April
1, we have had nearly as much rain this year as we had all of last
year. Good spring moisture will certainly help the start of a hopefully
What kind of dogs do you have?
We use labs and German shorthairs. We use the labs for everything,
and the pointers for pheasant and quail hunting only. The dogs are
well trained and become very helpful in the field.
If I bring you a large group, can you make us a deal?
Yes we offer group discounts, and put together different packages
depending on what the hunters want. We try hard to bring you the
best quaility hunting possible at reasonable rates.
